May an added measure of
the Lord's grace and peace be upon you in these
tumultuous times!
In this update I would
like to share with you another divine
experience that Pastor Shelley had when he
was here in Israel last month. You can read major
excerpts from the sermon he preached here telling us
about it at this link:
Here are
some highlights . . .
Vision of Doves in a
Whirlwind
Last night I
was awakened and I looked at the clock. It was 4
o’clock exactly, in the morning. And I sat there
in the bed for a few minutes. I didn’t see
anything, but I sensed that the Presence of the
Lord or something holy was
there.
And
all of a sudden I saw . . . And the room was very
dark, the tresim [blinds] pulled. But all of a
sudden I saw a light coming down from the center
of the room forming a whirlwind - very, very
similar to something I had just seen some weeks
ago.
And
out of that whirlwind came - not three
doves . . . I was just in Nashville where I had an
experience with three doves . . . but not three
doves, but a mass. I don’t know how many
to tell you. I couldn’t count them
all.
They
dropped right down out of the center of that whirlwind
of light. And they began to go in that whirlwind -
flying, moving in
that whirlwind.
I drew
up in the bed because literally . . . It sounds
strange to tell, but I could feel the
movement. I could feel the whishing, like
this.
And I
pulled way up against the wall. The bed bumped the
wall when I scooted up like that. And I might have
awakened Sister Solveig in the other apartment, because
the bed hit the wall. I hated
that.
But
this is moving like this. And I noticed it was
touching the bed. The whirlwind was coming
down. It was touching the bed. And there was
a whole mass of doves in
here.
And
the Spirit of the Lord spoke one word
out of that whirlwind and said,
"Prophesy." The word just said,
"Prophesy."
And so
I thought, "What should I prophesy? What shall I
prophesy?" And all of a sudden these words
began to come out of my mouth. They just
began to flow - prophecy after prophecy after
prophecy.
Now, this whirlwind
began to calm down, and the doves began to fly
- still in a circular motion, but very calm.
Again, I couldn’t have counted how many of them there
were.
But all of a
sudden they were transformed in some way.
It was like the light was somehow turned on
them.
And they
were the most beautiful things I’ve ever seen in my
life. I’ve never seen anything like
it.
Their wings
were covered with silver and gold. They
looked as though they had been painted with silver and
gold - gold sort of on the top of their
wings.
And when they raised
up their wings, I could see underneath their
wings looked like pure silver. It was
absolutely beautiful. And they were taken
right out of the top.
As the Wings of a Dove, Covered with
Silver and Gold
I got up and turned
on the light and found this verse of Scripture that I
read to you in Psalms
68.
(Psa 68:12) Kings of armies did flee apace: and she that
tarried at home divided the
spoil.
(Psa 68:13) Though ye have lain among
the pots, yet shall ye be as the wings of a dove
covered with silver, and her feathers with yellow
gold.
I believe what God
is saying to us in some way is we need to give the
battle to the Lord. We need to let the
Lord and His angels go forth and do the
battle.
We need to
be satisfied, at times, with resting among the
sheepfold, taking care of those that are at home,
taking care of the things that God has called us
to take care of in daily ministry and in daily
life.
And yet, those who
lay among the sheepfolds, those who protect the sheep,
those who take care of things in that natural sense of
the word, "yet shall ye be as the wings of a dove,
covered with silver and her feathers with yellow
gold."
That’s what I
saw. I saw that company of doves that came down -
beautiful white doves. But when they left . .
.
The Word of the Lord
first said, "Prophesy." And I
began to prophesy all those things. I don’t know
if I’ll ever be able to remember all that flowed out of
my belly and out of my mouth for that period of
time.
But whatever it was,
it had an effect. I saw a natural
effect take place. I saw those doves
transform. And I saw the silver beneath
their wings and the gold on top of their wings.
And they flew right out of the
top.
And I really believe
that there’s a message. I believe God is saying
that He wants to do that for us. He wants
to give us those silver and gold wings.
He wants to lift us up.
And of course you
know these metals represent things in the Spirit.
They represent justice. They
represent value. They represent
worth.
The Bride Is Like a
Dove
(Son
2:14) O my
dove, that art in the clefts of the rock,
in the secret places of the stairs, let me see thy countenance, let
me hear thy voice; for sweet is
thy voice, and thy countenance is
comely.
(Son 5:2) I sleep, but my
heart waketh: it is the voice of my beloved
that knocketh, saying, Open to me, my sister, my love, my
dove, my undefiled: for my head is filled with
dew, and my locks with the drops of the
night.
(Son
6:9) My dove, my undefiled is
but one; she is
the only one of her mother, she
is the choice one of her that bore her. The daughters saw her, and
blessed her; yea, the queens and the concubines, and
they praised
her.
This bride, this
lover, is being compared to a dove. And so I think
we’re doing very well to make this comparison and say
that this dove with silver and gold wings is a
type of the Bride of Yeshua being lifted up in
the Spirit in this hour to see the hidden
treasures of wisdom and knowledge, to be lifted
up into all the promises of God that He’s given to
us.
We want to
see the promises come to their
fulfillment. We want to see every Word
that’s ever been spoken over us in the Spirit . . . we
want to see it come to pass.
And I believe the
Lord is saying that we should not feel
weary, even though what we’re doing seems
small, even though what we’re doing seems menial,
even though what we’re doing seems
insignificant. It’s not everybody who is
always on the front of the battle.
But I tell you there’s a Bride
that’s waiting, that’s watching, that’s in preparation.
Hallelujah. God is preparing us for our
time - for such a time as this that He’ll raise
us up with wings of silver and gold to receive all the
promises of God.
Here is a dove,
covered with provision - all that she
needs, her part of the spoil, her portion of the spoils
of battle. "I’m bringing home to her and I’m
covering her with silver, with provision. And I’m
going to . . ."
And her feathers . .
. her feathers are going to be covered with
greenish-yellow gold . . . greenish-yellow
gold. And I believe it’s talking about
the Shekinah. I believe it’s
talking about that Chabod, that heavy Glory of
the Lord.
I believe that God
is talking about, in this verse, a company . . . at
least in this spiritual application . . . a company of
doves that are being raised up by the Spirit, who will
have all they need provided for them.
The battle is won
and the spoils of the war are coming back to us.
And we’ll go forth, we’ll be lifted up, with
provision and also with the heavy Glory of the
Lord.
Vision of Clockwise Whirlwind with
Three White Doves
When I was in Tennessee a few weeks ago, I
was asked to come up and visit and be a guest in a
convention. And I was there. The meeting was
starting that night. And I was a little uncomfortable
about being there.
First of all, it was
in a hotel right in downtown and I had trouble getting
into it. And I felt a little out of place and away
from my family. And the little girl just been
born, Moriah had just been born. And I wasn’t so
satisfied. I felt like I needed to be there, but I
wasn’t sure why. What purpose could it
possibly be?
And I was sitting up
in the bed Indian-style with my legs crossed like this -
sitting up in the bed, propped up against the
headboard. And I’d been praying.
And all of a sudden
that’s when I had the vision of a whirlwind come
down and three doves.
And later, I met the
speakers and we went to dinner. And I was sitting
next to Paul Keith Davis and right across from Bob Jones
and his wife Bonnie. And lots of other people were
there as well.
And we’d been
sharing different things and different
testimonies. And Paul Keith had asked me to tell
about my commissioning and about the coals of
fire in my life when I was little, and how the woman had
taken her hands and put them in the coals of fire and
laid them on my Bible.
And He wanted them
to hear that story. So I don’t like to tell that
all the time, but I told it at some point in the
conversation. (Click

But Bob
Jones just looked straight over at me and he
said, like this, kind of leaning over the table . .
. He said, "Who’s been seeing the white
doves?"
And I just
hesitated. My mouth dropped
open. I wanted to say something, but I
just couldn’t quite get it out in
time.
I began to describe
these three doves that came down in a whirlwind.
And he looked at me and he said, "But you don’t
understand it, do you?"
And I said, "No,
sir."
Open Positive Portal to
Heaven
He said,
"That represents that portal.
Don’t you remember?"
He sees hundreds and
thousands of people. He’s 74 years old, soon be
75. And he travels more now than he ever has in
his life. And he sees so many people till I
wouldn’t think that he’d remember what he had told me
months before.
But he said, "Don’t
you remember? I told you there was an open
portal over your head." And he had told
me that in May, just after we went back from
Israel. He had told me that.
He said, "That’s
what that represents, that whirlwind." He said,
"It was going . . . How was that
going?"
And right across
from the bed on the wall there was a clock. And so
I noticed that this wind was moving in a clockwise
direction because the clock was sitting right on the
other side of me and the whirlwind.
He said,
"And it was going clockwise.
Wasn’t it?"
"Yes."
And he said, "That’s
to show you that it’s a positive portal
that’s open over your head, open communication
between you and heaven - just like I told you
before."
How to Close a Negative
Portal
He said, "If that
would have been going in a counter-clockwise
direction, it would have represented a
negative portal. And in a negative
portal, then in the same way it’s like evil has access -
negative thoughts and bad thoughts and demonic
things have access into your
life."
Well, we don’t want
that, do we? If we’ve got a negative portal, we
want to be able to close that up.
And he said,
"Listen, the Spirit’s going to begin to teach you some
of these things because you’ve got people in your church
that need to hear this."
He said, "Some of
them are living under a negative portal." He said,
"It takes 21 days to close a negative
portal - 21 days."
And I looked like,
"My, that’s a long time."
And he looked like,
"My, that’s a short time - 21 days."
And he said, "But
there’s some things you need to know." And he
said, "One of those things is for twenty-one days . . .
If a person wants to close that negative portal
over their head, for twenty-one days they can
only confess what God’s Word has said about an
issue - not anything else."
Now you think about
how opinionated we are. Amen. Amen.
You think about how hard it would be - oh, yes.
I know a lot of people . . . In fact,
myself, I’d have a terrible time. How hard
it would be for 21 days not to express your opinion
about a situation, but only God’s Word about
it.
Bob
Jones later said in the meeting, "We have to
starve the lie. The lie the enemy
is using, like a lion, we have to lock it
up and refuse to feed it and
starve it to death." And he said,
"What happens when something starts dying? It
starts stinking."
So he said, "Don’t
you be surprised that if you try to lock up the lie, it
doesn’t cause a stink." And it will.
Amen. Oh, that’s so good.
I hope you remember
that when you start trying to deal with the lies that
the enemy tells you - all the things he says to you
about you, and you start trying to deal with
that.
It’s not going to be
an easy process. But I’m determined that
if we’re living under a negative portal, it has
got to be closed because God doesn’t want us
living under a negative portal.
He doesn’t
want Satan having direct access to our inner
man. He wants to have that access.
He wants to be able to breathe on us and us be
led.
Bob Jones' Vision of Thousands of
Eggs
And
then I wanted to say that Bob Jones also shared
something that I think is good. He said,
"Two years ago I saw the Spirit of God brooding
over  thousands of
eggs - just eggs, in the Spirit - eggs, lots
and lots of eggs, thousands of eggs. And I saw the
Spirit of God brooding over them."
And he said, "When I
first saw it, I said, ‘Those must be eagles.
God must be getting ready to release a new
company of prophets, of
eagles.’"
The eagle is the
nature . . . it’s compared in nature to the overcomer,
but it’s also used oftentimes referring to the
prophetic spirit, a spirit that
sometimes has to use its beak to rip the flesh
apart.
And sometimes
prophets come with that kind of a nature - to tear down
and rip apart. And sometimes that’s very, very
necessary. We understand that.
And he said, "Oh,
this must be thousands of prophets that are about to be
released." But God started dealing with
him.
And in March of this
year he said that he had an Indian birthing
blanket, a red Indian birthing blanket, that
had been given to him by a native American, or either a
First Nation’s person from Canada - what we’ve come more
commonly to call in America a native American or an
Indian.
It was laying across
the rail of his new home up near either Charlotte or
Moravian Falls. And all of a sudden . . .
He’d laid it across the rail up in the
loft.
He said they were
getting ready to go somewhere - he and his son and
Bonnie. They were getting ready to go somewhere and go
out the door, and he said, "What is that up there all
over that blanket?"
And his son, I
think, said, "I’ll go and see."
And he said, "No,
I’m going myself." And he climbed up the stairs
over here and he went up.
And he said there
were little feathers, tiny little feathers, all
over that blanket. He looked. He couldn’t imagine where
they came from. He looked at them and saw they
were real feathers with everything that a feather
has.
The Release of the
Doves
And they looked like
little white dove feathers. And
he said, "It used to be completely covered, but so many
people came to visit. And everybody wanted to take
one of those feathers with them and put it in their
Bible to be reminded of this until there weren’t as many
as there used to be."
But he said,
"Immediately after a year and a half, almost two years,
of thinking it was a great company of eagles going to be
released, immediately the Spirit of the Lord said,
‘That’s what I was trying to show you - that it’s
not a company of eagles, but it’s a
dove company that’s about to be
released.’"
"I’m about
to release," the Spirit of God said, "a
company of doves."
And you know, I
think that is so necessary. The nature of the
dove is so contrasting with the nature of the
eagle. And we’ve been talking about
perfect love.
I believe that
the nature of the dove is a
loving nature and a peaceful
nature and a timid
nature. In fact, Brother Branham often
would talk to us about this dove and the lamb. And
he talked about how the Holy Spirit is like a
dove.
And he said, "So
often people grieve the Spirit of God." He doesn’t
go and leave them. He doesn’t go and leave
them forsaken. He’s not an
Indian-giver. God doesn’t give you the Holy Ghost
and then take the Holy Ghost away from
you.
But he said,
"Sometimes the Spirit of God can be grieved out
of our lives like a little dove that gets
startled. A little dove . . .
it’ll just take his flight up into a little
branch and still look down and survey the
situation."
He said, "And
sometimes we need to pray, ‘Lord, come. Come, Holy
Spirit. Let the Dove
of the Spirit of God come back into my life and rule and
reign as it once
has.’"
Announcing a New Season
Then he said
something else. Bob Jones said, "When the
doves are cooing, it’s announcing a new
season."
And I heard the Lord
say yesterday in this
service that I should declare a 120-day
season and that in that season there would be
a co-mingling, a mixing
together and a grinding together of the various
oils and ointments and fragrances that come out
of our individual lives for the good of the corporate
purposes of God, for the good of the corporate anointing
of God.
There are gifts in your life that God has
given you to help you on your journey, and then
there are gifts that God has placed in your life
for the good of the Kingdom, for the good of
the corporate Body of Christ.
And we want to be
able to release those gifts for the
good of the Body. We want to be able to discern
the spiritual gifts that God has given us personally and
individually just to lead and direct us and to help
us.
And that’s
the season we’re coming
into.
Transfiguration Brings
Celebration
And I was thinking
about how many times in celebration they bring
doves in. Lots of times now at weddings and
memorials and times where people come together to
reflect and celebrate, they’ll bring
doves.
And
I was thinking of that this morning - releasing those
birds. Because that’s kind of how they left.
They left the room in a different way than what
they had come in.
They came in the
whirlwind, but they just kind of left in a group and
just went straight up. And that’s
when I saw the light reflecting silver
underneath their wings and gold on
top.
And for some reason
I was filled with such a feeling of
exhilaration, of celebration -
knowing that God is doing . . . not
about to do, not going to do, not fixing to do, but is
doing something great for His people.
And we want to be a part of it all. Don’t
we?
Dove Dung
But I was thinking
about the dove dung. I heard
somebody say this one time. I was thinking about
it. And you know what it really is? You know
what the dove dung really represents?
It
represents where the Holy Ghost has been.
It represents where the dove has been, but he’s no
longer there. He’s gone. And He’s
left. All that’s left of Him is the
dung.
And I’m so afraid
that a lot of churches, a lot of people, are
sort of becoming like that. All that’s
left in us any more is the dove dung, the remnants of
where the Spirit of God has worked in our lives,
the remnants of where God has moved and
had perfect liberty.
And I believe God
wants us to give Him more liberty in our lives
to touch those secret places, to deal with
those hidden recesses that we spoke about last
weekend. And I’ve got a feeling that it will be so
much easier if we release Him and allow Him to do
it.
But I’ve got a
feeling He’s coming anyway. I’ve got a feeling
He’s coming anyway to work on that which belongs
to Him. We’re His possession. He
bought us with His own life’s blood.
The Eagle's Cry
Broadcasts
Pastor Shelley
is rejoicing that all of the many details and
finances have come together for him to be able to
produce programs in the anointed
sanctuary of his church in Alabama for his
TV satellite broadcast of The Eagles
Cry on The Gospel
Channel.
He was able to
make three programs last week with the
dedicated help of some of the brothers in his ministry
who have been learning how to handle the technical
details. This means that he will not have to
travel to Iceland to make the programs as he has in the
past.
Many people have
been touched by his programs that reach over 80
nations, including many Arab nations (but not
America yet). People are calling for prayer and
God is answering!

The Winter Campmeeting
in Smiths Station, Alabama, (near Columbus, GA) will
be December 31st to
January 7th and will include a New
Year's Eve Watchnight Service.
We believe the Lord will
manifest His Presence in a mighty way
and bring forth revelation and direction for
this new season we are stepping
into.
In Closing
Thank you so
much to those who sent offerings to help us
with our rent and my airfare to go to the Winter
Campmeeting! We had to "borrow from Peter to pay
Paul" in order to totally make the payments, but praise
God that something could be worked out!
We still need to
"repay Peter" and would appreciate any sized offering that the
Lord might lay upon your
heart. I also need to pay
two months of Jerusalem city taxes
before I leave for Alabama on December
13th.
