One of my direct mandates from the Lord is to prepare His way, and He sent me to Jerusalem in 1988 to begin to walk out this calling.  I have been doing that ever since in different ways, but mainly through prophetic worship and sending forth the anointed Word spoken through anointed vessels of God from Jerusalem to the nations.

 

When Bobby Connor, a well-known prophetic voice, was in Jerusalem a few months ago, he gave me two phrases from the Lord.  One was "Chronicle it well."  The other was "Habakkuk 2 - write it out."

 

These commands from the Lord witnessed greatly to my heart because He has given me the motivation to do just that through these updates, our website and the editing and posting of Pastor Shelley's sermons.  Hearing it from a proven prophet helped me to be sure that it is God's mandate for me at this time and not just something I am motivated to do.

 

For some time now it has been in my thoughts to start creating some reference tools to make it easier and faster for people to find the sermons of Pastor Shelley that would most minister to their need or hunger at a given time.  At the prompting of the Lord since my last update, I started creating three different ways to reference the sermons.  They are:

 

Quotations - Major passages from each of Pastor Shelley's sermons to enable the reader to get the main nuggets of the sermon quickly.

 

Scripture Index - Scriptures that are referred to in the sermons either directly or indirectly, sorted in Scripture order.

 

Topical Index - Topics that are referred to in the sermons with indication of whether each topic has a large emphasis or small emphasis, sorted in topic order.

 

The beginnings of these references can be found in a new box on the left side of our home page (www.jerusalemrevival.com).  I will be adding to them continually, God willing.  It takes a lot of time to create them, but I feel that they will be a real blessing.

 

 

 

While I was beginning to create these new sermon references, I saw a fourth reference in my mind's eye.  It was for passages in Pastor Shelley's sermons where he refers to Brother William Branham or his teachings in some way.

 

At first, I questioned whether this thought was from the Lord because in the past He had directed me to make our website like an onion - in layers.  The deeper someone would go, the more treasure they would find.

 

But He answered my questioning mind with this instruction - "Let the axe head float."  At the same time, in the Spirit I was seeing Elisha casting a stick into the Jordan River causing the lost, borrowed axe head to float to the surface against all natural laws.

 

I knew that the Lord was saying that it is now time to openly be a resource for the many people and leaders who are gradually discovering the ministry of Brother William Branham, a special messenger to this church age.

 

 

 

Pastor Shelley discovered the treasures of the ministry of Brother Branham in 1988 and has studied his teachings under the guidance of the Holy Spirit ever since, being careful to line everything up with the Word of God.

 

He has also seen and spoken with Bro. Branham in dreams, trance visions and heavenly visitations several times over the past years.

 

Because Pastor Shelley is uniquely qualified to clarify the relevancy of Brother Branham's ministry for our day, I have created a special resource of quotations from Pastor Shelley's sermons where he makes reference to Brother Branham, his teachings and his divine experiences.

Pastor Shelley recently attended a prophetic conference in Nashville that featured prominent prophetic leaders as speakers.  It was so encouraging to me to hear that each speaker referred to Brother Branham in their preaching, recognizing that the special role that he played in his day has prophetic significance for the Bridal company in our day.

 

The Spirit of revelation is coming upon the Bride!  If God sent a special messenger prophet as His mouthpiece specifically to our age, it is important for us to know what he said!

 

Embedded in Pastor Shelley's sermons are many insights from Brother Branham's ministry.  When he is preaching to a new group, Pastor Shelley often refers to Brother Branham by saying, "And I heard a great man of God say . . ."

 

You can access almost all of the recorded sermons of Brother Branham (over 1100) at www.williambranham.com.  His sermons are commonly referred to as the Message of the Hour.  With the Message Search link you can search his messages by key words and with the Message Library link you can find the sermons alphabetically.  You can also view some wonderful old video clips of his anointed miracle-filled ministry.

This famous photograph of Brother Branham that I have included above shows the Pillar of Fire that was often with him.  It looks like a halo, but it is on his right side, not over his head.  In this case it was visible to the eye of the camera, but not the human eye.  Often Brother Branham said that the Angel of the Lord was standing next to him when he prayed for people.  They could feel His Presence.
