Dear Friends in Y'shua,
The Lord suddenly dropped inspiration into my heart for
one last update before 2005 begins. As we are beginning to turn the
corner from 2004 to 2005, there is another corner
that the Bride of Y'shua needs to begin to turn.
The Lord is progressively causing the Bride to become a
prophetic people. We are forerunners whose "eagle eyes" are being
developed more and more to see as God sees. As eagles, we are
learning how to boldly fly higher and get a fuller revelation of Y'shua and
a larger perspective of God's overall plan. (By the way, I like to
spell His name Y'shua because it causes the pronunciation to be more
like "Yah-shua," "God saves!")
A very anointed man of God, Brother William Branham, used
to preach about the junctions of time and about how hard it is to turn a
corner. He said:
Now, see, we are building a building, not a
wall. The builders want to take a line of blocks and just go straight
down. Now, any builder can build that. But it takes a real
master mechanic to turn a corner. See? When you got to cut the
corner, that's the time it takes--it shows whether you're a--you're
a... really a stone mason or not; when you can turn the corner with it,
and keep the continuity of the rest of the building, but turn the
corner. Now it's on these corners is when trouble comes.
The builders wants to keep building on down. But we're not building a
wall, but a building.
Through the Word and the prophetic eyes of an eagle, we
can see that the door to the Gentiles is closing quickly. We
are closer than ever before to the time when the Bridegroom will come for
His Bride! God's focus is already beginning to turn to His Jewish
people. We are getting ready "to pass the baton" of the
revelation of Y'shua to the Jewish people like they did for us 2000 years
ago. A foundation is being built for the last two
witnesses to step onto that they may supernaturally reveal Y'shua to their
people. Psalm 102:13 says, "Thou shalt arise, and have
mercy upon Zion: for the time to favor her, yea, the set time, is
come." As the Bride, spiritual Zion, comes into her revival
of full adoption, she will pass the Torch to natural Zion.
But what will we pass to them? We criticize
them for their traditions of men, but what about ours? Will we
pass to them an explanation that God is three persons, when all their
lives they have recited the holy Words of the Torah, "Hear, O Israel:
The LORD our God is one LORD!" (Deut. 6:4)? Will we pass to
them our holidays of Christmas and Easter which came from pagan roots,
when God designed the Jewish feasts recorded in His Word to reveal Himself
as the Messiah?
If you pay close attention to the timings in the Bible,
you will come to the conclusion, as have many scholars, that Y'shua was very possibly conceived in Mary's womb during the
Feast of Hanukkah. During this feast, because it
commemorates the miracle of the multiplication of the oil for the newly
restored Temple, the Jewish people say, "A Great Miracle Happened
Here!" About 2000 years ago, at the same time, a greater Miracle
happened in Mary's womb!
That means that this Miracle, Y'shua
the Messiah, was probably born during Succot, the Feast of
Tabernacles (and maybe even in a succa, or temporary
dwelling)! Succot is therefore the Feast that reveals both the First
and the Second Coming of Y'shua! You can read more detail about

The prophetic voices today are telling us that we need to
re-dig old wells and pick up the mantles of great men and women of the
past. Bro. Branham used to use a wonderful illustration to
explain why we needed to return to our beginnings. He said
that a mature wheat seed gets planted in the ground. The seed dies,
and sends its life into a stalk that comes up from it, but the stalk does
not look like the original seed. From the stalk, the life produces
a tassel. The tassel does not look like the original seed, but looks
a little more like it. From the tassel, the life produces a shuck or
husk. The shuck looks a lot like the original seed, but it is not
the same. Finally the life produces the new seed inside the
shuck. This seed looks just like the original, and must
separate from the shuck, the tassel, and the stalk that carried life to it,
and ripen in the sun.
So it is with the Bride of Y'shua. We must "come
out of her and be separate!" We must pull away
from some of the traditions of the denominations that nurtured us and turn
the corner in order to mature into the original faith of our Jewish fathers
of the first church.
I know that for the last 2000 years there has been much
debate about the concept of Trinity. I don't want to go into a long
study about that here, but may I just say that my eyes have been opened to
the revelation of one God manifesting Himself as a tri-unity rather than a
trinity of three persons. He has manifested Himself in
different forms, as the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, but He is
only one "person," one God, not three. The
Jewish people that we meet here in Israel tell us that they believe that
Christianity is a pagan religion because we believe in three Gods, have a
very limited understanding of the Old Testament and celebrate pagan
holidays! How can we pass these distortions of Truth to
them? They simply cannot accept it because they know what God has
said in His Word! (In fact, even the Moslems reject Christianity
because of this belief of God as three persons!)
We have had many wonderful encounters with Jewish
people where they were so amazed that we celebrate Hanukkah rather than
Christmas, and Passover rather than Easter (but not as a law). Their
mouths drop open even farther when we tell them that we only believe in
one God and not three. It makes them willing to ask questions
about our understanding of who Y'shua is. One Orthodox yeshiva
student, that we recently met in a bookstore in the Jewish Quarter of the
Old City, was so amazed by our answers to his questions that he asked
Pastor Shelley to e-mail him information about what we believe so that he
could share it with some of the Christians who have tried to share their
faith with him!
This year, Hanukkah starts the night of Dec. 7th and
finishes Dec. 15th. You can easily search the Internet for more
information about this Jewish holiday. It is mentioned in John
10:22-24:
"And it was at Jerusalem the feast of the
dedication, and it was winter. And Jesus walked in the temple in
Solomon's porch. Then came the Jews round about him, and said unto
him, How long dost thou make us to doubt? If thou be the Christ,
tell us plainly."
At this time Y'shua told them, "I and my Father are
one." (John 10:30)
You might consider beginning to "turn the corner" by
lighting candles for Hanukkah and remembering the great Miracle that was
conceived in Mary's womb at this time of year. Truly, He is the
Light of the World!
In my last update, I shared with you that the Lord
revealed to Pastor Shelley that the 4th Quarter of 2004 will be a great
time of pruning in our lives in order to see the direction of the Lord for
the next 4 years. He said, "In order for us to enter into
2005 with the right spirit, we are going to have to let the Lord cut off
the dead wood." The first of the new year 2005 will be a time
of excessive and accelerated new growth (after we submit our dead wood
to the Pruner and let Him cut that off).
I know that our traditions become a part of us and that
they are hard to change. But the Bride of Y'shua must begin to turn
the corner and start the process of moving toward what God is unfolding to
her. It can be done gradually, if necessary, but the pruning
process must begin so that the new shoots that come forth in the Spring
will reflect the original.
God willing, I will be "turning the corner" of 2004 in
Smiths, Alabama at the Winter Campmeeting of Pastor Shelley's

Lord visited Pastor Shelley here a few weeks ago, He said that He would be
visiting his church in Alabama in the Winter. I am
believing that He will manifest Himself during the Campmeeting!
Most likely, this will be my last update until after I
return from Alabama in mid-January. I hope to report to you then
about the Campmeeting and what God has revealed for 2005. Pastor
Shelley is believing to come again to Jerusalem for several weeks in
February.

were taken at the Wall right after Yom Kippur finished this year. Shortly
before, Pastor Shelley had his beautiful vision of the Honey dripping from
a scepter extended over the praying Jewish people. I have also added his
powerful prophecy from October 2nd and the account of his visitation from
the Angel of the Lord.
Thank you again for your prayers and gifts! We are
rejoicing that God has just made the way for us to buy the furniture and
appliances that we have been borrowing from the previous tenants, the
Mormon university, for almost two years at a very reasonable price!
It was truly a great miracle! If you are able
to sow some seed into helping to build a foundation for the Messiah to be
made known to His people, we would appreciate it so much!
